​Performance Anxiety caused me to quit all of it because I didn't have the tools I needed.

Now I'm on a mission to keep that from happening to others!  

 As a Mom of 6:

  • 1 flute

  • 1 viola

  • 1 trumpet

  • 2 percussion 

 

  • 1 bassoon

  • 1 color guard

  • 3 jazz pianists

  • 3 section leaders

  • 2 drum majors

 

  • 1 show soloist

  • 1 percussion tech

  • 9 TMEA All Region

  • 1 Music Ed. major

  • 2 lesson teachers​

And 2026-27 marks my 21st straight year with at least one child (some years 3) in band!

As a Coach: 

  • 10+ certifications, including Master Certified Coach 

  • Over 10,000 sessions as a coach

  • Coached clients in over 50 countries

    • Relationships

    • High Achievers

    • Overcoming Compulsive Behaviors
